IF YOU PAID A DEPOSIT, THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED 7.1.2025, for Early Birds. Any deposit made after 7.1.2025 the remaining balance will be automatically deducted 9.1.2025.

Full refunds allowed less $250 through August 31, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: If we are required to cancel the event for reasons beyond our control (this includes but is not limited to communicable diseases, pestilence and/or plague, World War III, or the Rapture . . . and in case of the latter, see you at the local Starbucks just inside the Pearly Gates) your money will be forwarded to next year's even which, in case of the latter, the heathens left behind will run.
